Jonathan M. Rodriguez is a seasoned leader and expert in Insider Threat Management,
renowned for his instrumental role in developing and managing robust security
programs for both government agencies and Fortune 500 companies. With a Bachelor
of Science in Intelligence Analysis, Jonathan's career has been defined by his
exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and dedication to mitigating security
risks.
Throughout his career, Jonathan has demonstrated a remarkable ability to lead teams
and drive program development initiatives. As the Program Manager for the Global
Insider Risk Management Program at Air Products Inc, Jonathan was tasked with
designing and implementing the company's inaugural Global Insider Risk Management
Program. His leadership was pivotal in implementing Insider Risk detections using UAM
technology and building stakeholder engagement for the program's implementation.
Prior to his role at Air Products Inc, Jonathan served as a Senior Insider Threat
Consultant (Lead) at Mandiant Inc. (now part of Google Cloud), where he provided
subject matter expertise and executive leadership buy-in for client insider threat
programs. Jonathan led efforts to design service offering templates and processes,
demonstrating his ability to influence and guide strategic initiatives.
Jonathan's leadership extends to his former tenure as a Senior Insider Threat
Analyst/Team Lead at the U.S. Department of Justice, where he managed insider threat
operations at the Justice Management Division Insider Threat Operations Center. In this
role, Jonathan developed and led insider threat assessments for major DOJ agencies,
showcasing his expertise in managing complex security initiatives. He also supported
numerous federal law enforcement investigations and worked to secure U.S. national
security through his work and partnerships developed to protect the DOJ and its
personnel.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Jonathan has a proven track record of
academic excellence, holding certifications in Counter-Insider Threat from the
Department of Defense (DoD) and the University of Maryland Applied Research
Laboratory for Intelligence and Security.
